Andrew Cratsenberg, through his company Cave Creek Commons, LLC, has acquired the commercial retail building, identified as Building B, located at 20811 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix for a purchase price of $2,100,000. Cave Creek Commons, LLC is an Arizona State Corporation and paid cash for the North Cave Creek Road site. The property is currently leased by four tenants, including the popular Rustic Cafe.

Other companies leasing space at the North Cave Creek Road property purchased by Cratsenberg include Platinum Cabinetry and Stone, J. Anthony Salon & Spa, and Pet Urgent Care. The wider Cave Creek Commons plaza is also home to Tag Employer Services, Farmers Insurance, Newman Eye Center, Telephone Warehouse, and Encore Realty among many other companies and service providers.

Further businesses located alongside the Cave Creek Commons, LLC property, immediately to the south and within neighboring Mohawk Plaza, are Desert Hot Tubs, European Design Flooring, Phoenix Animal Wellness Services, Dolphin Pools, and Furniture Ranch. Adjacent to Cratsenberg’s property on the opposite side of North Cave Creek Road is 101 Plaza North, home to Wellness Effect, Kirk’s Music Academy, and Namwest, alongside several other brands and businesses.

A stand-alone building, 20811 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix covers 9,118 square feet and offers prime commercial retail space, located just north of the 101 freeway. The Cave Creek Commons, LLC-owned property is just minutes away from Reach 11 Sports Complex, a City of Phoenix sports complex. With 18 regulation-sized fields, Reach 11 is the largest soccer complex of its kind in Arizona and among the largest in the western United States. Other sites include a property located on East Baseline Road, Gilbert, purchased through Wildflower Village, LLC by Cratsenberg for $4,600,000 cash and covering over 12,000 square feet. The property is located immediately north of the highly desirable, 900-acre so-called ‘water-wonderland,’ Val Vista Lakes.
