Andrew Cratsenberg, through his company Cave Creek Commons, LLC, has acquired the commercial retail building, identified as Building B, located at 20811 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix for a purchase price of $2,100,000. Cave Creek Commons, LLC is an Arizona State Corporation and paid cash for the North Cave Creek Road site. The property is currently leased by four tenants, including the popular Rustic Cafe.
Other companies leasing space at the North Cave Creek Road property purchased by Cratsenberg include Platinum Cabinetry and Stone, J. Anthony Salon & Spa, and Pet Urgent Care. The wider Cave Creek Commons plaza is also home to Tag Employer Services, Farmers Insurance, Newman Eye Center, Telephone Warehouse, and Encore Realty among many other companies and service providers.
